Orange Tutty Frutti Loaf Cake / Orange Fruit Cake / Condensed Milk Fruit Cake

Today's recipe is a rich, delicious & flavorful After School snack recipe, a loaf cake with Orange & Tutty Frutti combo. I baked this cake long back and because of Diwali recipes & other Events I completely forgot it. And today it is Sunday and its time for Lets Brunch On Sundays Event by Priya and Veena. So I found this recipe when i searched my folder for today's recipe. This is a very simple and easy Eggless Cake recipe with lovely orange flavor. I have already tried a  Orange Loaf Cake,a low calorie cake with Olive oil and that was Hit with my kids and I too loved that cake. This time got this recipe from Tarla Dalal site that is with Tutty Frutti combo. I just Love Fruit cake and the addition of tutty frutti or nuts makes it more filling and delicious, perfect to pack for your kid's snack box. Mango Chocolate Marble Cake / Mango Marble Loaf Cake ~ Home Baker's Challenge # 2

After completing after our first Challenge Pizza, a savory bake this time i chosen Mango Chocolate Marble Cake for the second month challenge. Thanks Home Bakers Challenge group members for giving me this wonderful opportunity to Host and give the baking challenge with my desired recipe. Its my long time wish to try this Mango & Chocolate combo, have seen many no bake cakes with this combo but not much the baked version. And more over its summer and Mango, king of fruit is easily available. So i decided to bake this mango-choco combo with you all and i have picked two different recipes, one with Egg & butter and the second one is Eggless & Butterless recipe. I tried the eggless & butter less version and it came out so good, very moist, soft & delicious cake. Actually i picked two recipes with Banana & chocolate combo and experimented with Mango Pulp instead of banana puree. To my surprise the combo turned out perfectly, Mango & chocolate paired well.

Dates Cake / Eggless Dates Cake / Dates Loaf Cake

I know that today there won't be enough sunlight and its not a suitable day to take food pictures, not only today this whole week is going to be too cold, cloudy n gloomy...so don't want to postpone my baking till next week. So proceeded to bake Dates Cake which i recently saw in Vimitha's Space. The cake doesn't contain any egg and butter, its a very simple and healthy dessert too. So without any further delay i tried and it turned out so good, moist, soft n delicious cake with crunchy nuts n chocolate chips bites.
