Eggless Chocoalte Mug Cake / Eggless Chocolate cake in a Mug / Microwave Chocolate Cake

I have been posting all savory Sundals & side dish recipes for past week and for a change wanted to share this Instant Chocolate Cake recipe which i tried long long back and now only got time to click and share this easy & single serving Chocolate cake. Have tried many Eggless cake recipe even my Eggless Carrot Mug cake  & Mango Mug cake recipes are a very moist, soft and delicious cake with bit dense texture but this Chocolate cake is so so light, airy and fluffy cake and you will not say its a Eggless cake. That too with all simple & Basic cake Ingredients, just give it a try to feel the real taste and flavor. All you need is just 2 minutes to enjoy this Chocolaty treat. I have spared so many 2 minutes for this chocolate cake and enjoyed it a lot with my kids. They love it a lot and one time made 4 mug cakes for us :)  Ok now off to the recipe..

Carrot Mug Cake / Microwave Carrot Cake ~ Eggless!!

I am in love with this quick and easy mug cakes. These mug cakes are very simple, instant preparation with so satisfying taste and above all its Eggless microwave recipe. Actually i wanted to bake some carrot loaf cake for my Show Me Your HITS~Carrots & Beets event and also started ready with the stuffs, then suddenly a thought came why don't i try it as a mug cake?! then searched for an Eggless carrot mug cake recipe and glad to have tried this recipe. With very very little alterations i did my carrot mug cake and the result was awesome, We 4 finished the mug in no minutes and again  i made another one for me. Yes, more than my kids i loved this carrot cake a lot. So soft and delicious. This time i used Vanilla imitation, and the flavor dominated more and on the whole cake was Superb!!! Eggless Mango Mug Cake

Today's recipe is very quick and delicious Mango cake in less than 2 minutes. Yup, you can enjoy this super soft n yummy cake instantly with very less and basic ingredients along with some Mango pulp. Long back i bookmarked Eggless Mango Cake recipe in my dear friend Sobha's space. There are so many favorite recipes in Sobha's Good Food. And i am yet to try those delicacies. In that do list, i am so happy that i tried this Eggless Mango cake, but i converted it to a Mug Cake and also added few chocolate chips :) The result was awesome, but i tried 3 mugs to get the perfect recipe. First time, i felt that sugar was too less and next time i tried adding little more sugar n also added Vanilla Extract for flavor. That was perfect but i Microwaved in 12 oz mug so it was only half or little more of the cup. So i couldn't click it properly. Then at last i increased the recipe little n added few chocolate chips n Sprite(lemon flavor) and it came so fluffy, raised well and tasted delicious. OK No more stories, will move on to the recipe now...
