Ginger Pickle / Homemade Ginger Pickle

Kids are at home and they are sick too, really its very hard to manage two boys/kids...always fighting/quarrel and complaining each other...Mommy he hit me...mommy this n that...OMG waiting for Jan 2 -school reopening day!!! Except this ginger pickle recipe i don't have any recipe/pics in hand, have few in draft but i don't like those pictures and now i couldn't cook and click anything becoz of these kids and lighting problem.
