Carrot Payasam / Carrot Kheer

We love payasam and i used to make it without fail in all our happy moments n special occasions. But this time on my elder one's birthday couldn't able to make his favorite payasam bcoz of party n other things. So last week again he requested me to make payasam for him. But this time i wanted to try new payasam from my regular Vermicelli payasam & moongdal payasam, then remember about this Carrot Payasam from Divya's Culinary Journey. Her payasam color, look, texture n recipe attracted me more, and also she added vermicelli to carrot payasam which sounds even more interesting n delicious and wanted to try it for long time. finally, last week made this delicious Carrot Payasam and we enjoyed it.
