Ribbon Pakoda / Ola Pakoda / O'ttu Pakoda

Another Easy and quick Diwali snack, Ribbon Pakoda / O'ttu Pakoda. We call it as O'ttu Pakoda or Oattu Pakoda and this is must in our Diwali snack list. I love my Mom's pakoda more than the store bought ones. She makes it spicy and also with the hint of garlic. But this time i didn't tried with garlic and made it as plain mild spicy pakodas. This is my Mom's version of Ribbon Pakoda and made it  with her help, i turned on my skype video and made this as per her instructions :) It come out perfectly and got good appreciation too.
